Recipients may include sales and technical staff, hosting and security providers, RFQ form-processing providers such as Web3Forms, email providers, logistics or certification partners where relevant to your request, and professional advisers or public authorities where required by law.
Because RGH serves international B2B customers, personal data may be processed outside your country or region, including in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where GDPR applies and data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, your explicit request to take pre-contractual steps, or another lawful transfer mechanism where applicable.
6. Retention
How long we keep information.
- RFQs and non-order inquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Customer, order, quotation, invoice, tax, and compliance records: as required for business, accounting, legal, and audit purposes, commonly up to 7 years.
- Server logs and security records: kept for a limited period needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Cookie preference: kept in your browser until you clear local site data.
We may keep information longer if needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal duties, or protect legitimate business interests.
7. Your Rights
Choices and data protection rights.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
